Guelph Flag Football League Logo

The Guelph Flag Football League kicked off its first season in Fall 2004 with just 9 teams – but our football roots go even deeper. It all started with the inaugural “Beaver Bowl Tournament” in 2000, held every Grey Cup Sunday.

Today, about 20 teams take the field each Tuesday night throughout the Spring, Summer, and Fall seasons. It’s a great way to stay active, enjoy the game, and connect with others through friendly competition. All of our leagues are co-ed and self-refereed, promoting teamwork, fair play, and community.

After the game, keep the good times rolling – meet up with teammates and opponents to enjoy exclusive deals at our partner bars and restaurants around Guelph!
