• Start times between 4:00pm and 9:00pm, October 27th to January 12th, 2019 (no games on December 22nd or December 29th)

Monday Nights 5 vs 5 - Marden Fieldhouse

• Start times between 6:00pm and 10:00pm, October 28th to January 13th, 2019 (no games on December 23rd or December 30th)

Tuesday Nights 5 vs 5  - University of Guelph Fieldhouse

• Start time either 7:00pm or 8:00pm, October 8th to December 17th, 2019 (No game on October 15th its booked for Convocation)

Thursday Nights 5 vs 5  - University of Guelph Fieldhouse  

• Start time either 7:00pm or 8:00pm, October 10th to December 19th, 2019 (no game on October 31st)

Winter 2 League

Sunday Nights 5 vs 5 - Marden Fieldhouse

• Start times between 4:00pm and 9:00pm, January 19th to April 5th, 2020 (no games on February 2nd and 16th)

Monday Nights 5 vs 5 - Marden Fieldhouse

• Start times between 6:00pm and 10:00pm, January 20th to March 30th, 2020 (no games on February 17th)

Tuesday Nights 5 vs 5  - University of Guelph Fieldhouse

• Start time either 7:00pm or 8:00pm, January 14th to March 24th, 2020 (no games on March 17th)

Thursday Nights 5 vs 5  - University of Guelph Fieldhouse

• Start time either 7:00pm or 8:00pm, January 16th to March 26th, 2020 (no games on March 19th)

Team Structure

• Minimum of 2 males and 2 females on the field (5 vs 5)
• It is recommended that each team have 9 to 10 players
